Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have found Jim Pedersen of Valley Acupuncture. For 3+ years I have had excruciating pain in my hip and right leg. I saw a prominent orthopedic doctor who, over time, ordered x-rays, MRIs, two rounds of physical therapy totaling 5 months, two steroid injections into my spine, a steroid injection into my sacroiliac joint, with no relief from the pain. From there I saw a Chiropractor which, once again, did nothing to ease the pain. After reading up on my symptoms, I learned that if the Piriformis muscle becomes bunched up, it can press on the Sciatic nerve causing pain similar to mine. That's when I decided to look into acupuncture. I read many online reviews and decided to go with Jim Pedersen ... and thank God I did! Mr. Pedersen listened carefully and agreed that the symptoms could very well be from the piriformis muscle pressing on the sciatic nerve. After only a couple visits, I started having some relief from the pain. After a couple more visits, the pain was easing up even more. It's not an exaggeration to say that Jim Pedersen literally saved me from a life of misery and pain. I had reached a point where each day was miserable. It was hard to think about feeling this way for the rest of my life. If anyone out there has pain or other health issues, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Jim Pedersen of Valley Acupuncture. Now Jim is helping me with my positional vertigo. Wonderful!! James changed my life in a matter of six weeks! I am cured of my chronic hip pain and can't thank him enough! I definitely recommend this facility for acupuncture and massage

Doc Pedersen alleviated the pain I had running from my hip through my knee to my shin .

I write this because He is very good at healing and alleviating pain.

Saw James Petersen first for lower back pain. The treatment was quite effective. After my back was back to normal I had neck pain and that too was helped by acupuncture.

Valley Acupuncture is fantastic! I have been trying to solve a wide spread pain issue for 5 years through western medicine. I have seen many specialists, and been through PT numerous time with mild results that didn’t last. After going to Vally Accupuncture, the pain has resolved, and I have my energy back. I even started dancing again! I though those days were long gone. Jim is easy to talk to, always friendly, and he takes the time to explain thing so that I really understand. He is highly skilled at his craft and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

After just a few visits with Jim, my migraines were reduced to less than once a month so I can say emphatically, acupuncture worked as a migraine treatment.

When I first started going to Jim my knees were killing me. I could hardly do steps. I just over all felt horrible. Now after going to Jim my knees don't even bother me, I feel great and am truly amazed how much better I feel. I recommend Jim to everybody I talk to you that is even thinking about acupuncture.

James Pedersen helped me immensely during my first visit with him. I recommend him to family and friends because what he does works. Jim is very knowledgeable and listens very well to what your concerns are. Because my job is very stressful and I sit in front of a computer all day, I have found that acupuncture can be a valuable tool in obtaining and maintaining good health.
