Front desk office and his assistant are both very nice and helpful, but Dr. Gwin is rude af, condensending, and just downright uncaring towards his patients. We've been a patient of Dr. Gwins for over a year and my dog should have had a checkup in October as I'm forced to come in every 2-3 months to get meds for him costing me well over $100 each time for the office visit plus gas (I live an hour and a half away), tolls, and the actual cost of medicine. But because of having lost my job in September and not being able to find one, Ive had to delay it until now when I got an increase on my credit card. I called the office immediately to make an appointment, but my dogs out of medicine now and they refuse to even authorize me to have it while waiting until my next appointment all the while not caring whether or not my baby is in pain. It's obvious the only thing this place is concern with is your money, and not the animals welfare. Under the circumstances and the fact that I have an appointment already coming up, I feel they could have worked with me. I cancelled my appointment and switched to a different provider, and I recommend people stay far, far away from Dr. Gwin!!

My boxer had an ulcer on his eye and I had been to 2 vets. Dr Gwin treated his eye and he healed up quickly. Friendly staff and easy to find clinic.

I have been to this Dr on many occasions.. Staff is never. Very friendly. I have never heard a thank you or even have a good day. He is the only option in this area for my dog. This is a poor retail experience. He has helped my dog tremendously. But I expect more from his staff.

I was at the Tulsa Clinic. The ladies at the front desk weren't very friendly. They made me feel like I was just a number. The Dr. seemed like he somewhat knew his craft, although he couldn't tell me specifically what was causing my dog's eye problem. He wasn't very personable or very friendly either. Two days after being at the clinic I called to tell them that I was coming to pick up the prescriptions that the Dr. had ordered and they said that they didn't have a file on my dog. They said maybe it got lost at the OKC Clinic?? I finally was able to pick up the prescriptions but they didn't give me all of the prescriptions that the Dr. had ordered two days prior. I believe it was because I told them that I wanted to get the prescriptions filled at my own pharmacy so that I could get the medications filled cheaper there. I wasn't very satisfied with my experience at this clinic and I won't be going back.

Dr Gwin is not friendly, does not apologize when very late and says hurtful things. After spending about $3,000 with him, I expect more.. I am changing to a new doctor after our next (LAST) visit. BY THE WAY...I am not a touchy feely sort who needs coddling. I am a reasonable, intelligent human being who, obviously I thought, loves my dog.

Dr. Gwin himself is great, and the surgery they did on my dog worked perfectly. I can already see a difference. She healed quickly, and their price was actually substantially UNDER what I'd been seeing from other places around the country.

But the staff... Ohh, the staff. If you're expecting a quick visit or to just drop your dog off, think again - which isn't something they tell you. I've never gotten in and out of there in under an hour, even though my time with the doc was always under 5 minutes. They routinely LOST my appointment information, and didn't seem overly concerned when they did. They also chit-chat in the morning instead of asking your name/information. I'm sure I wouldn't have gotten back any faster if they'd done it first thing, but it makes you feel better than sitting there for 30 minutes before they acknowledge you exist.
