Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

My dog had not been acting herself for a few days and then we woke up one morning and she was down; I was scared she was going to die on my family room floor (turned out she had a very high fever). Our normal vet didn't even arrive in the office until 9 so we took our dog to 4 Paws (we were at their door as soon as the clinic opened at 8) and they took us in. We didn't even wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. We had to call the emergency number that evening and the vet on call said there would be no problem with us meeting her at the office that night but she gave me some things to try first. Her suggestions helped but when we had to bring our dog back the next day, we got an appointment without any problem. The office is clean and the staff is very professional and nice. We are switching from our other vet to 4 Paws. It's a little farther from home but worth it when you can get this kind of care and service for your pets.

It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment (as I always am when my 'baby' is sick or not quite himself) - NOT uneasy about the competency of my vet, by any means. I got an appointment quickly, and we generally never wait more than 5-10 minutes before being escorted to an exam room.

They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. As far as boarding facilities go this is one of the better ones that I have seen and I feel confident that the staff takes great care of my pets.They try to make pets feel as safe and comfortable as possible.
