We are new to the area and experienced a life-threatening emergency with one our pets. We were very impressed by the quality of care, the availability of the veterinarian, the follow-up calls.... All part of good treatment. Respectful. Reasonably priced... And best of all? A full recovery.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do. They even allowed me to enter the lab to view blood results under a microscope. When they euthanized my elderly cat, they provided time to grieve with her and I didn't feel rushed to leave. They even provided a little casket for me to bury her in. I highly recommend them.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

After two years of dealing with this vet, I've had enough. All they want is your money, and I think they have been affectionate only twice with my dogs during that time. They gave terrible advice and have been extremely rude. My husband and I are done... time to look for a better vet. They'll get the job done for you, but they make sure to get their money in the process--example: sending you to a referral for no reason just so you have to have twice the $40 appointment fee. SCAM!!! They didn't really seem to be overly friendly to my pet. My pet didn't appear frightened, but I wasn't overly impressed. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all.
