We feel very fortunate to have found a vet like Dr. Darch and his staff! After years of taking our two dogs to a big chain vet, where they constantly pushed needless vaccines, etc... on us, it is refreshing to have the same level of comprehensiveness of care but a more conservative approach. For example, our one dog has a propensity for fatty tumors. Of course, we have been fearful every time one pops up, but instead of exploiting that fear and recommending surgical removal and biopsy, Dr. Darch has shown us how to tell the difference between the fatty tumor and something more serious and taught us any warning signs/changes to look for. After needless biopsies ( and expense), this kind of care is exactly what we were looking for!

Been going to Dr Darch for over 20 years. Best vet there is. He is no-nonsense. If you're looking for someone to service YOU...go to one of those fru-fru vets. If you're looking for the best care for your PET, then Dr Darch is unsurpassed. Always has the welfare of the animal as first priority, even if it's not exactly what you want to hear.
Highly recommend him.

Lee Darch is the best Boxer vet in this area. I have taken all my show/companion Boxers to him for over 20 years.

Dr. Darch is a very good vet. His "bed-side" manner is very direct and terse, but his care of animals is excellent. We have used Dr. Darch and his staff for our pets for at least 10 years.

Dr. Darch has been our vet for over 30 years. I would not consider going anywhere else. Excellent care at a reasonable cost.

I have had several dogs over the last 23 years, and Lee Darch has taken care of them all. I would never consider using another vet. I have another vet's office within walking distance of my home, yet I will continue to drive the 22 miles from Wake Forest to see Dr. Darch. He is a no-nonsense type of guy, yet very compasionate. He loves his profession and it shows in every aspect of his practice.

Dr. Darch saved us when my cat decided to pierce her own lip with a fish hook at 4:30 pm on a Friday :( by the time a friend recommended him it was pushing 5 pm, he told us to be on our way and he would stay late to help her. His service was amazing!!!!!!!! Quick, efficient, and pain free. The price couldn't have been more reasonable!!!!!!!!!!! Anywhere else this would have easily cost triple! We cant thank you enough Dr. Darch, your our new go to guy!!!
