this vet is the very very best vet here in NC.both my boys love Dr Lee Darch.he is very honest man.and shows a lot of love to everybodys love ones.wouldn't take my boys to any other vet.

This is the best vet -- by far -- that I have ever visited. He is natural with animals -- leaves me confident that he cares. He does not over-charge, unlike every other vet my dogs have ever seen, does not recommend millions of tests that bankrupt a person, but he is thorough and competent.
He could not have found a nicer staff,

Worth the drive to Kittrell Animal Hospital! I truly like and trust Dr. Darch with my pets. I know with Dr. Darch that I am getting affordable high quality loving service for my dogs, especially my 15 yr. old Shih-Tzu!

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
