The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. This veterinarian always sends reminder cards for pets annual exams and in addition to this we always look forward to receiving the adorable cards they send out during the holidays. I've never seen a vet that goes so above and beyond to make their patients feel appreciated. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. If you are looking for a veterinarian that goes above and beyond, look no further. They offer after-hour services for any emergency and will not hesitate meeting patients at the clinic rather than making them go to an emergency center where they know nobody. It is so reassuring to know that if I need them, they will be there for me. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
