Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug, and sent a card when my dogs passed. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. I would definately recommend Dr. Funk's office to anyone that asked.

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

No, but I can always find a seat

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Although the environmental conditions were very good and the staff knowledgeable, I found that my concerns were NOT listened to by Dr. Funk. Before putting my pet through a series of expensive tests, I told the female vet on duty that I was NOT able to afford much. We agreed to just a couple of tests, which indicated that my pet had an illness that would be very expensive to treat and would be life changing in terms of her quality of life. Before I realized it, she was whisked away to their back rooms and I was told she needed to stay. I was so emotionally wrought at the time that I walked out in a daze. Two days later my bill was over $500! I tried to speak to Dr Funk about the importance of giving clients information and options, but he never heard me.
