Dr Shaw is a thoughtful kind and compassionate veterinarian. Her focus is clearly driven by her deep empathy for the animals. She also makes a concerted effort to explain carefully and give us the knowledge with which we can make the best informed decision possible for the care of our pet Gabriel. Being in her presence there is a healing quality that starts from the minute she walks in the room. She uses a great mix of science, intuition, and experience to come up with just the right solution customized to our specific needs. Our pets love her too!

Dr. Shaw is a kind and compassionate person who practices excellence in veterinary medicine. Her thoughtful and thorough approach to problem solving and her excellent diagnostic style are effective at getting to the source of the problem. She doesn't just put a "band aid" on and send you home! Dr. Shaw looks for the underlying problem and treats the whole pet. Dr. Shaw was exceptionally patient and supportive of our questions and concerns and made sure that we felt in control and educated sufficiently to make balanced, well informed choices. She is a top doctor!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Was this veterinarian friendly to your pet?
Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

This veterinary service goes above and beyond! The vet is kind hearted, compassionate, caring, AND professional. Her knowledge and understanding of the animals in "whole" is phenomenal. Her ability to mix hard science and intuition is very helpful at getting to the bottom of the problems. Her willingness to use "alternative therapies" hand in hand with "traditional therapies" is like a breath of fresh air and we are sure our pet will get exactly what he needs. Her overseas charitable missions and humanitarian services further our appreciation of the medicine she offers and the person she is.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all.
