They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr B knows "animal speak". She often interprets sounds as an assessment. Sounds that I think are mindless noise. I know their happy sounds but sounds that reflect mild discomfort I never recognised until she pointed it out. I had one bird that needed abdominal surgery. The bird healed quickly and I could not find the scar. No matter how busy she is, the customer is given the time needed. I have never felt brushed off. Her philosophy is down to earth and compatible. If my birds are ill they will be seen by no other vet in our metro area. If she is not available I will travel. I have had some VERY BAD experiences with others in our metro area.
