Dr Krumm misdiagnosed my dog, as having Bronchitis. When the dog could not breathe, I called him and he says, well I do not do pet care after hours. Then goes on to say, there are laws you know, I would have to hire more help if I did that. Hello? I don't care about your issues, I have a dog here that is gasping for air. I hung up. Called my own vet 60 miles away at midnight, and got my dog the help he needed.. He had a collapsed trachea and congestive heart failure. After this is all over, I find a voice mail on my phone from Dr Krumm, Please take your dog to the emergency vet, have them do the workup on him, then drop him off here and I will figure out what is wrong with him. That is just like leaving your child with a stranger,,,, no way. I will never recommend him to anyone.

Dr Krumm and his staff are caring people who love and know animals and how they are a part of the families they serve. Dr Krumm is also honest and reasonable. Quality care yet watches your pocket book. Highly recommend Dr Krumm

Everything is wheelchair accessible. Shows they really care about all of their customers. The staff is very wellcoming. And I love the clinic cat greeters.

They make no effort to make us feel special. Dr. Krumm upon our very 1st visit there stated 'All my clients lie to me". WOW! 1st meeting and he already called us liars. Some of the staff there does not know nationally recognized vaccines, much less magazines. They do not appreciate any loyalty to them. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They assumed things and stated tests needed to be repeated every month despite us telling them the animals had already been tested and was negative, obviously a way to make money off of unsuspecting clients. I left feeling very frustrated and angry. Upon speaking with other clients who were there that day, they also spoke of bad experiences at this same office and recommended alternate vets in the area that they had switched to as wel due to the bad experiences here. I would NEVER refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I NEVER would have gone.
