Worst experience ever here! They totally discriminate against certain dog breeds. Staff was friendly, but the owner Monica was a nightmare! Don't go somewhere just because it's close to home, I was warned about this lady. I'll never go back!

Dr Monica Brilla was kind and considerate each and every time we took our dogs there. Her staff was helpful and we had absolutely no problems with her or her staff I would recommend her to anyone.

Overpricing and under-diagnosing skills, Dr.Brilla has no social skills, fears dogs and is one of the worst vets I've ever encountered. Due to her boarding staff mentality (gossipy, snotty and secretive), I wouldn't board with this clinic or anyone associated with boarding there. If there isn't room for boarding in the clinic, they may recommend one of the staff to take your dog, and this person is about as clueless about dogs as she can get. Brilla does have some good staff, but that cannot substitute for the fact that she is a lousy, cranky vet who is incapable of diagnosis anything that is not obvious. If you look at her Website, she posts only five-star reviews; but living in this town, I know many people who have complained about her services and prices. She was unable to diagnose seizures in my dog, and my dog was muzzled for the first time in her life despite my objections. No dog is going to sit still while being nailed in a corner in a bear hug -- a threat. Ultimately, two months later, my dog had a grand mal seizure that nearly killed her. If you need routine shots or checkups for a healthy dog, fine, do it for convenience; but I would not recommend this clinic for anything else.

I first visited Dr. Brilla on an emergency situation for my cat and she was able to fit me into her schedule immediately. The staff was very kind and accommodating and Dr. Brilla did an excellent job in evaluating the concerns with my cat, Gracie. Gracie did have to be put to sleep after a few months and Dr. Brilla and the staff were so helpful and kind to me during my very stressful day.

I now have a dog and Dr. Brilla will be her vet for the rest of her life also. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Brilla for everything. It is greatly appreciated.

While a few of the staff are good, a few REALLY are not, and she is expensive for a small-town vet. Never before have I encountered a vet who seems to fear dogs and doesn't know how to handle them. This is the only vet at which my dog was ever muzzled, and unnecessarily so. She wasn't even snapping -- just struggling because Dr. Brilla and a technician had her in a bear hold in a corner on the floor. All they had to do was tell her to sit, and they completely ignored me when I was trying to tell them to stop doing what they were doing. Another first was her requirement that urine be withdrawn from the bladder via needle to diagnose an UTI. Another vet was able to diagnose that my dog was having seizures, but Brilla missed it completely. After a couple experiences with this clinic, I found it worth driving an hour for much better care and have done so for years.

I would not take a live pet of any kind to the place they abused my dog and I had to pay $45 for the exam.

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

I love this place. We live 1.5 hours from here and I will not take my dog anywhere else. Dr. Monica is wonderful as is all the staff. My dog has a eye disorder and they were so accomdiating to us and my dog, and thankfully from the great treat his eye is excellent. There are prices and great!
