I remember my cockatiels vet with great fondness. She taught me alot about birds and I had some well remembered conversations with Dr Stefanatos. That was many years ago. She would always greet the animals first and then their human caregivers. I wish we had someone like her in Florida. I now have a Senegal parrot who's owners no longer wanted her after 14 years. Thank you for all you do for the animal kingdom. You are truly a very special person.

I relocated to NY some years ago, and I have yet to find a vet as compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable as Dr.Stefanatos!
Your pet will always receive the best care, and you will never have to doubt
the treatment. Dr. Stefanatos took care of my dogs for years, and the she is without doubt, the best vet I have ever met.

They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful. The place I was going to before told me that my dog would only get worst. Dr. Joanne gave me hope. It's been over a year since I took my dog here. He is so much better now. Because of his heart condition, after 10 minutes of being outside, he just slowed down. Now, he doesn't even want to go back in the house. He just wants to be out and play. The other place I went to, my dog would get really scared as soon as we walked in the doctor. Not at this place. This place does not smell like the other place I've been to. The doctor really cares about you and your pet. I wish I had known about this place sooner. I highly recommend Dr. Joanne.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
