We took our dog to be put down. We had been preparing for this for a few months as she was sick but when she went after one of our other dogs and hurt him, we knew it was time. We had been prepared to say goodbye. When we got to the vet, she questioned us for 20 minutes about our motive. Wanted us to keep the dog separate from the others in our house while she could run more tests and find out if there was anything else we could do. She was the one who did the tests 3 months ago and told us the results and was happy that we were taking her home to be happy until the suffering became too much. Why the change of heart?? In the midst of her trying to talk us out of putting down our dog she looked down, pet her face and said our dog "Don't worry, they love you." Seriously?? I have gone to this animal hospital for 5 years. I never had a problem with them until now. This treatment by the vet was uncalled for. Even when we talked to the technician they completely understood but for the vet to try and make us feel bad and change our minds.....it's difficult enough but this vet didn't need to add the undue stress and emotional anxiety that she did to my family.

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Yes, my pet almost died because of it

I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own.
