They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I can always count on this veterinarian to be there for me, whether it is to answer a late night phone call or come in for an after-hour emergency. Their dedication to their clients is unparalleled to any other vet I've been to. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate me. I always get the appointment time I want.

Dr Buckman is the best. He doesn't rush and is very informative. The techs in the office are informed, friendly and kind. I'm very thankful that I found Dr Buckman.
