Unless an emergency situation comes in, I usually don't have to wait long for my appointment. If I do have to wait, the waiting room chairs are comfortable and the office temperature is just right. Most importantly, the vet really seems to care about my pets and I appreciate that the staff takes the time to listen and address my concerns.

I came home from work to find my cat severely ill. I called around to several vets in the area, trying to find someone who could take a look at her at short notice, and no other vet would even attempt to clear their schedule except for Greensburg Veterinary Associates. They took her in immediately. When I mentioned that I could not find anyone who would take a look at my cat, they told me they never turn down an ill animal and will always make room in their schedule, something which really impressed me, considering that the closest emergency vet hospital is well over an hour's drive away from where I live.

The facilities were clean and the staff was excellent; I could tell they really cared about animals. They were gentle and understanding with my sick kitty and cared for here as if she were their own pets. Over all, I was extremely grateful for their kindness and impressed with their professionalism and care, and I am seriously considering making them my permanent vetinarian for my other animals as well, despite the fact they are further than my current vet.
