First off, they are ridiculously expensive. And yes, I understand that it's partially a convenience charge. But the vet wanted to run 3 different labs on my dog's fecal matter that would cost $240 alone. I felt like I was being taken advantage of because I do care about my dog and I felt that the vet was trying to guilt me into nearly $500 worth of tests and injection medications instead of trying to really find out what the problem was. I won't be returning.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. This veterinarian always sends reminder cards for pets annual exams and in addition to this we always look forward to receiving the adorable cards they send out during the holidays. I've never seen a vet that goes so above and beyond to make their patients feel appreciated. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
