Dr. Kathy Crouch is the WORST vet I have ever been to. I have come to discover that she is under numerous investigations by the Texas Veterinary Board for unsafe, unethical, and illegal activities - the complaints have come from clients and staff. Do you love your pets? We love our family dog and are glad she is alive after such a traumatic experience with Dr. Crouch. If you choose to let Dr. Crouch "care" for your pet, please keep my experience in mind and, of course, double check the status of her license on the Texas Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners license look-up page. Her license number is #7931 (for now).

My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the hugs and kisses they get from the girls here!) . The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people and truly care and are knowledgble and able to answer my questions. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. This veterinarian was friendly to both me and my pet, which I thought was nice, She also took the time to answer my questions and explained the ins and outs of what she was reccomending and why. They were very kind and welcoming.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was really disappointed that they weren't able to answer any of my questions. They don't seem to know much of anything about pet care. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating.
