I called them as my 18 year old cat lay unable to move and needed to be put down, I was in tears on the phone and they were so kind. My husband took our cat in, when he got there they rushed him to an exam room. The vet was so gentle and made sure not to disturb the cat. They let him stay with our cat in the privacy of one of the exam rooms until he passed on.

Within a week we received a sympathy note and we even got a Christmas card. That extra touch meant a lot to me.

Never, they are very reliable.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up?
Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept
Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.
