Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Dr. Knight has always provided a one on one service where you as the customer can be right there with your pet while the Dr.or his
Staff are providing care. Always willing to listen and respond to any concerns you may have with your pet.
