I had called Dogwood because it came under high recommendation by a friend, and I needed a second opinion about my cat's ailment. Since I have spent a lot of money for my ailing cat, at another animal hospital, I had recently obtained CareCredit. The receptionist said that they would not accept me unless I had a physical CareCredit card, even though I had talked to CareCredit, and they indicated that as long as I have my photo id, the vet's office could easily call and verify. Dogwood's receptionist flat out declined. This makes me very upset and sad, being that I very much needed the second opinion and quality care for my pet.
