I have been going to ABC since we moved to the area. They have cared for ALL our pets since 1989. And they have never pushed us to do more than we were able to financially or emotionally. Options were always discussed and the well being of our pets as well as our feelings were always considered. They always call and check on the progress of our pets after we visit, which is greatly appreciated. While we have not had to have many of our pets put down - when we did, ABC's staff was fantastic. Very sympathetic and extremely considerate of how difficult the decision was for our family. They made it so much easier for all of us. I have not had a bad experience at ABC. I refer all my animal loving friends there. My daughter loved Dr Hansche for her Rusty. And many of my friends have been equally happy with the doctors and staff at ABC. I do not know if ABC is much more expensive than other offices, but they never seem outrageously expensive when we have had to go in. We have had surgery for tumor removal, spay/neuter, vaccinations, kennel cough, etc over the years and we have never been disappointed with the care our pets received.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.

If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too.
