When I brought in my cat they doctor told me they could save his life for around $1800 because he had only sustained some injuries to his legs and tail, his internal organs were fine. I paid them $1800. Then they told me they needed over $4000 MORE to save his life, but then that amount would be enough to save him. They did all the procedures they said they were going to and then gave me a bill for $13000, thats aTHIRTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS, from an estimate of $1800 - and they never found anything additional wrong with him. And I never approved them going over budget. Then he died. They acted dishonestly and unfairly. I wish I'd read all the reviews on line before I went in, there are a number of cases in which they acted this way. I spoke with their CEO and he is satisfied with the way his hospital does business. Many costumers have been treated completely unethically including myself and my cat, who was put through so much testing and agony instead of being put down peacefully as he deserved. I will NEVER go here again and I will do my best to try and save other pet owners and animals from having a similar experience.
