There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit as far as I remember. Don't really care. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. They are not close to me, but have experts in caring for injured wild birds. I have a regular vet close to me I use for my dogs/cats, who started out working with this company. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They are well respected by their staff, I have a close friend who used to work there. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there. They are not convenient to where I live. I will return if I have problems with animal species not treated by my vet.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I am generally impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
