Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

Never, my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives thanks to their care.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. Some of the office staff has changed in the last couple of years and at least one person has an attitude when I am there. This person could benefit from some coaching. Most of the office staff are friendly and helpful. Rates are reasonable. Overall I know my pets will be given good care.

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.
