Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
Is food and water always available for your pet at this veterinarian's office?
They'll get it for you, but you have to ask several times before they actually do it
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Probably, I wasn't impressed

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet?
Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Just because it looks beautiful doesn't mean it's the best. Pricey, you wait long and if you're a new pet owner you would get taken advantage of and not know it. For a good hospital, research well established facilities, good pricing and compassion...this place doesn't have it all especial for people in this terrible economy.
