The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either.
