Very low quality care. They are rude and condescending. If you question anything they either treat you like dirt or refuse service.

Dr. Johnson was not friendly with my pets. I was actually concerned as she did not display to be a pet (especially dog) lover. Dr. Johnson never introduced herself, was rude in her demeanor and seemed bothered when I asked for information regarding my dog's vaccines. She never explained potential allergic reactions, how to treat them, etc. I would most certainly not go back to this place due to the treatment we got by Dr. Johnson. The office staff was way more friendly.

They didn't really seem to be overly friendly to my pet. My pet didn't appear frightened, but I wasn't overly impressed. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best.
