Absolutely the only veterinarian in north San Diego county that I will go to. He and his staff are understanding, personable, and go the extra mile for their clients. I have had appointments for well-being exams and immunizations, and a couple of emergencies using Bonsall Pet Hospital. Never made me feel like they did not have time for me, or that any of my questions were silly. I highly recommend this vet and his practice.

We have been going to Dr. Ferguson and his team for the last 23 years they treat us and our little furry ones like family. A few months ago Dr. Ferguson made a house call for our 18 year old cat that was very ill and dying he administered euthanasia for our beloved Angel. He made a very difficult situation as comfortable for her as possible. It's nice knowing Dr. Ferguson and his team are always there for us.

There is no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here because food and water are always made available for them. They have bowls all over the office just in case your pet decides it needs a quick nibble of food or sip of water. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home.

Our dog was in her final hours and Dr. Ferguson was exstremely compassionate. He personally attended to our needs and eventually came outside to the parkig lot to console us. Fantastic vet.
