They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. This veterinarian was friendly to both me and my pet, which I thought was nice. They were very kind and welcoming. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. They didn't really seem to be overly friendly to my pet. My pet didn't appear frightened, but I wasn't overly impressed. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer.
