I had taken my cat to 3 other vets trying to figure out what was wrong with him. Dr Nichols diagnosed him in no time and gave us all the options and time to decide what to do. He is compassionate and caring. Would recommend him.

They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. When my pet stayed overnight here I was promised by the staff and the veterinarian that I would be called at a certain time and I was so upset when they didn't call. I never heard a peep and I was a nervous wreck waiting by the phone worrying. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Plus they almost let my dog die after two days we took her somewhere else. She had to have three teeth pulled and would have died if we hadn't got her some where else!

Took my dog in for an abcessed tooth, she wasn't looked at, the only thing they said they did was give her a shot! Her face was all swelled! She stayed all day and all night with no food and water. When we picked her up the next morning she was dehydrated and still in pain. Upon taking her to another vet she had three abcessed teeth which they pulled and put her on ID diet. Lots of anitibiotics and pain pills. She is recovering now, sad to say I will never darken those doors again.
