My pet died because of a misdiagnosis (death would have been inevitable, but the lack of proper treatment hastened its timing). A lump on her side was "eyeballed" as nothing and not in a place that could be anything problematic. We trusted this vet because we had been going there for a decade. Our pet was seen multiple times by different vets in the practice during the subsequent 10+ months. None of the vets checked her chart during each subsequent visit (they admit this is the root of how things got out of control) and as a result, something that may have been operable sat festering until it became terminal. It was not until we proactively took her in for an exam on the harmless lump that someone finally offered to test it. They did try to be helpful in the end, and admitted that they failed the dog (and our family) in not checking the chart from visit to visit (that seems to be a pretty basic part of care -- how do you neglect to do that???). But that's small consolation given the outcome. It's a very sad ending to the life of a much loved pet.

The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available.
