I TRULY question the sources of the GLOWING reviews (by someone who can't spell) describing "compassionate" "caring" and "reasonably priced" sprinkled in amongst the reviews that more accurately match MY experience at this horrible place the times that I've had the misfortune of having to go here, which were both in 2011. It was expensive -- I understand that -- not expecting bargain prices or anything...

What's absolutely INEXCUSABLE is the cold, uncaring, condescending attitudes proudly displayed by the receptionists that work here. LADIES, go find a job in a Nazi death camp or something where your personalities would be more suitable for the working environment! Not one drop of compassion -- or even mild interest -- in the people and their poor animals that come through the door.... couldn't agree more with the reviewer who said you're treated like an inconvenience here. The vets I've had contact with here are not much better either...especially the one with the foreign accent...I ended up leaving rather than receiving his "care," partially because it was so expensive... but even more so because there was nothing caring about him.

Bottom line... if you CAN, go elsewhere, where you can at least hope to be treated like a human being in the midst of a very stressful and painful situation... don't expect it from this place.
