We were very disappointed with our care recently. Our cat had been seen by Dr. Greybak for many months with a skin condition. After seeing the practice twice a month for a few months we had repeat skin and blood work and were left expensive medication. We had not discussed cost and in trying to have a consult with my vet - the receptionist was very rude to me and shouted in the back loud enough that I could hear him complain about me. Each client should be treated professionally. In the end I requested my vet records and upon arrival I found the doctor had added in her commentary in my private medical notes regarding our non agreement. We are headed to a new practice.

This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
