I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
I also got a quick call back from the vet and was fit in that day when I was in a bit of a crisis.
