They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They are always ready to see me when I arrive for my appointment. I'm always pleased at how considerate and concerned they are for my birds' well-being. Their advice is always well thought out and they make sure you understand everything before you leave.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was, though the sign was a little hidden, I didn't have any trouble. One of the first things I noticed was cleanliness & friendliness of reception area.. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my pets health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and address every concern. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. They are always polite. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. Dr. Duffin understands birds, and my Amazon always fares the visit well.
