Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

My puppy is DEAD. We took our 16 week old cocker spaniel puppy (Feb 2013) to Dr. Hainey for spaying. We paid extra for the additional pain medication to be administered post opereratively. She was lethargic after we picked her up and even into the night. We thought she would 'sleep it off''. Around 2 am my wife awoke me to find a our cold dead puppy in a rigomortic heap. I went to him the next and was told very sternly and stoicly: "Sometimes we lose some, I did nothing wrong". Even tried to charge for an autopsy. I have many dogs and used to breed weimaraners. I NEVER had a dog die like this. I have filed a complaint with Georgia's license board. If you love your animal GO ELSEWHERE!!! I only tell you so you dont carry the burdon and guilt of taking him to a low rent, ill requipped DVM
