I used to use Dr Brown's practice for years when i lived in New York. He and his staff are awesome! We were active in Newfoundland rescue and spent many hours with Dr. Brown. I was so spoiled. Since I moved to Florida I have yet to find a vet that is even somewhat comparable to Dr Brown. I could tell you horror stories. Great veterinarian and human being!

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available.
