I was told by Dr. Hebert that my girl's test results were negative. He said lets try an antibiotic to see if it would help her stool. I do not have it in stock and will have to order it. It will take two to three days to come in. Meanwhile I said for now I will try a natural probiotic to see if it would help with her stool. I called back and texted multiple times and did not get a reply or a phone call back until days later. When I did finally get a call back from the doctor's wife(secretary) she said he didn't think I wanted the medicine because I got advice elsewhere or saw another vet. Not once did I say anything about going to another vet. I asked for the price and name of the prescription so I could find out what it was he was prescribing for my dog. When I finally received a phone call from the actual doctor he went on and on about why he does not think he can make me happy because I did not choose from the start to give my dog the medicine he prescribed. I was also told that my dog's test results said she had an infection when two weeks ago he said he found nothing. He told me I do not have a medical degree and cannot look up the antibiotic he is prescribing for my dog. I just could not believe he was talking to me the way he did. He was VERY VERY condescending and was very disrespectful. I would not recommend this vet AT ALL.

One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
