Likely misdiagnosis of heartworms in a dog resulting from positive test. Vet diagnosis was a weak positive. Took dog to another vet clinic and 2 tests were done at that clinic and 1 test sent to lab, All three were negative. The vet at Main Street took no responsibility for being unable to connect by telephone. Some legitimate and understandable phone tag occurred, but the vet could take up to 2 days or more to return my calls. There was only one reasonably quick attempt to return a call. If there was a problem from the front desk relaying my messages, then that is a problem to be corrected within the clinic. I did not get to speak to vet personally until showing up at clinic 16 days after vet left initial voicemail with test results. Tests were done while dog was boarded and the vet was not at work the day of pickup. Reason for review:: BEWARE and LEARN from a mistake that I was about to make. Do not trust one test. Ask for a second one.

Always, there's no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here. They have bowls all over the office.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The Vet was very nice, but her staff was rude and even second guessed the vet saying things like "I don't know whey the Vet said that" "It can't be true, the shots have not been given". I had paper work showing the Vet gave "ALL" the shots, but the staff seems very stupid and will argue with you
