My experience was very positive. It is obvious the doctor and staff have worked hard to educate themselves so they can help guide people through this part of their transition. I felt they were available every step of the way, and I felt safe during my entire experience.

Everyone at the office was extremely friendly and welcoming. They were very respectful and sensitive to my needs. I was thrilled that correct pronouns were used at all times, and the level of support offered was wonderful. I appreciated the calls I received before surgery and the level of treatment at my appointments. I felt as though all of my questions were answered, and that my doctor cared a lot about my opinion of my results.

Very personable and clear in explanation of procedure and recovery. Staff is friendly and helpful, even with the most ridiculous questions and however many times I called. I had an amazing experience with this Doctor and staff.

Staff and Doctor have always been very welcoming and professional. It has been five years since my breast augmentation and I have no complaints. I am very happy with my results! I will definitely be returning for future procedures.

Dr. Mangubat was very kind and explained everything he was doing thoroughly and clearly. A couple things to improve on: please ask for permission prior to every time touching a patient, especially on the chest/breasts. This is particularly important for trans and gender non-conforming patients, who often have dysphoria and trauma around this part of our body. Also, please use the pronouns that the patient lists (not everyone goes by 'he' or 'she'!!!).
