I would go with my daughter when she was younger. She has been seeing this Dr. Jenkins for more that 10 years. I have never seen such a poorly run practice in my life. Most times she needed to speak with him, NO ONE ANSWERS the phone. Many times you could not leave a message. Now, is one of those times. She is on a medication that cannot be stopped abruptly. She has called for 2 weeks now. No answer and no way to leave a message. She even drove to the office NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!! THis practice will be reported to the SC Medical Board TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My kids and I absolutely loved Dr Jenkins! We were patients of his for 5 + years. He was wonderful! We would still be patients of his if his office manager hadn't called me one day saying that he was looking to lighten his patient load and told us that we were one of the families that he would not be seeing anymore..??! I was shocked! We had NEVER had a problem with him before! Nor did I think he had a problem with us....? This really caught me off gaurd! We had no time to prepare. I had to find another doctor RIGHT THEN! A lot of doctors have waiting lists so since my son was getting a prescription for Adderall from him I really had to move fast to get another doctor before my sons prescription ran out. I didn't want his school work to suffer due to .... whatever that was...? He was a great doctor! My other kids that weren't patients of his even loved going to see him! Lol! I'm a nurse and have never heard of anything like this...?! Oh well... We found another doctor that we are all happy with and have been there ever since. It was a very shocking and inconvenient situation to be put through!

I spent probably two seconds in the waiting room. They didn't make me wait at all. They are one of the most attentive psychiatrists I've ever met. They always remember me and my situation at every appointment, and make an extra effort to make me feel important and respected. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Somewhat, they eventually called me back

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

No, they were on time

Not at all! The provider was always present and attentive
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
