I had a positive experience with the Dr. Himself, however the office staff is absolutely terrible. I had to spend hours trying to merely schedule an appointment. The office staff would repeatedly just put me on hold and never return. Once the office staff finally got me on the line, they said that i had to speak to yet another person for "new patients" even though i have had several appointments already... Simply because there was too much time since my last appointment i'm considered a new patient yet again, and therefore need to spend additional hours on the phone. I have spent more time dealing with the office staf than i ever have spent talking to the doctor. This place is an absolute nightmare to deal with.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.
