VERY POOR. FROM THE EDUCATION DIRECTOR, TO THE THERAPIST, TO THE SUPPORT STAFF, AND INSURANCE PERSONNEL.

Another one to report a poor experience with Don Hartweel. Often appears unprepared and does not follow through. He talks a LOT about himself.

I was very disappointed with Emerge Ministries when I scheduled my appointment.

When I called the front desk and asked for my counselor to not wear perfume to our session (I have allergies) the receptionist was very rude. She asked, in a snotty tone, how in the world would I handle other people wearing perfume in the lobby and refused to pass on my request.

Suffice to say I kept looking and found another counselor who was better educated and treated me with respect and kindness.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
