Karen is a fantastic therapist. she's gives very sound advice and has helped me with many of the challenges that i have faced. i have recommended her to several friends and all have thanked me for sending them to her.

Karen Bayer is an amazing therapist. She is superbly experienced and has many years of experience under her belt. I have referred her to many people and they are very happy with Karen's services. Despite the negative reviews, her hearing is superb and her advice is consistently on target and correct.

Karen bayer is an unbelievable therapist. The advice over the years that she gives to us is invaluable. She is competent, always available to take our calls or see us. She is an asset to whomever is fortunate to get an appointment with her.

Karen is not a very effective therapist. We tried. She did more harm than good actually.

I have been seeing Karen since I was fourteen and in the 9th grade. I was hesitant to go to therapy but my mother thought it was would be good for me. It was one of the best decisions. Karen has changed how I approach situations. The coping skills she has given me are remarkable . She is constantly challenging me and knows me better than anyone. I am 23, and married now for two years. Karen has been through this journey with me, and any hardships that have come my way. She has helped me make clear and rational decisions. SHE IS THAT GOOD, that my parents and siblings wanted in! Two of my sisters and my parents go to her and she has helped them tremendously throughout the years. Karen just allows you to reach your maximum potential. She came to my sisters wedding while we were doing hair and makeup just to see if she wanted to talk before the party.
Not just anyone would do that!
Karen is one of the smartest people I know. It has come to the point that I like going for sessions just because I want to hang out with her!! My family and I ( clearly) love her and think she is an extremely talented therapist and an amazing person. Anyone would be lucky to get an appointment with this busy lady!

I couldn't disagree more with the two reviews on here about Karen. She clearly isn't merely a divorce coach for women, because I'm not a woman, and neither is the friend who referred me to Karen, and neither are the two friends who I have referred to Karen. No therapist works for everyone, and you need to find someone who works for you. Karen saved my family, and my friends who see her are extremely happy. She sees different situations differently, and I personally feel that she is extremely smart and intuitive. What I really appreciate the most though, is that during a time of crisis Karen is accessible 24/7 (even on Shabbat).
To say that Karen is the cause of many divorces, is just a ridiculous thing to say. Maybe you should take a good hard look at yourself before you go around blaming a terrific therapist who truly cares about her clients.
