Do not go to Colleen Ellis. She does not respect your personal privacy. She runs her business on a computer that runs Windows XP that she doesn't know how to use or keep secure. XP no longer supported by MS is a HIPAA violation. She keeps your personal information/medical data on that PC that is unsafe. She reported issues with computer few month ago (Jan/Feb) and said she was taking it to a mom and pop repair shop to work on it. I'm not recommending any of my family/friends to visit her because of that. Who knows what the repair facility is doing with the medical data while working on that PC.
If your data is important you to, stay away from this provider. She clearly doesn't respect you enough to keep your information private.

I have had an amazing experience with her. I have seen so many positive changes in myself and in my life. Her advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It can be hard to work on yourself, but that's how it goes if you want things to get better. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

No, it was fine

No, there was no annoying music

No, but I can always find a seat
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Their office was kind of disappointing . I haven't noticed any positive changes since starting therapy. Our situation is basically the same and still not working. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I had to call several times before I finally reached them.
