The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Somewhat, but they weren't very enthusiastic

Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

While the staff was friendly, my son's doctor retired without notice to us. When we went to reschedule an appointment, I was told they would call me back once they figured out who he would be seen by. No call back. Called again two weeks later and re-told this story to the office staff, was assured they would determine who he should see, only to be never called back a second time. Good thing this was not a matter of life or death. I guess retaining clients in low on their priority list.
