Lauri is a wonderful therapist! She is kind, compassionate and such a good listener. She has helped me through some very difficult times - I am so glad I found her!!

She misled us about services offered. She set the first appointment in bad faith, telling us video was required only a day before the first session that she sold as tele-health. She said video was required for the first session. After we challenged this rule she said nothing more until the end of the first session where she “decided” that now video was required for all sessions. This is dishonest, misleading and unnecessary. We think her personal affront of being challenged on her rules led to a retributive personal attack in the form of requiring video when the client strongly didn’t want it. She places her own feelings above the needs of clients in a professional setting. Highly do not recommend. She can’t be trusted to put client needs first.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
