Partners In Care is a terrible and dishonest business. They were successor trustees over my parents estate. The estate was a simple one to distribute and they acted so friendly and honest before they had control of the trust assets. Once they had control of the assets they stole over $60,000 from the estate by dragging the settlement out for 3 years. NEVER do business with “Partners In Crime” for they are frauds and thieves. The courts offer you no help for they let Partners In Care do anything they want without justifying their expense charges. Believe me, they will make outrageous billing charges month after month that tell you nothing detailed about their activities while they make no progress in finishing their work. They are such rip off artists. The best you can do is NEVER become involved with them. PIan B would be a signed contract which limits their charges and limits the time they have to finish or they don't get paid. Don't give them a blank check to your $ !!!
