All offices under the Cumberland mental health and Volunteer behavioral health umbrella, including this office, should be avoided if not closed. They will never care about you. Their techniques and equipment are antiquated. You will be lied to and your concerns will be ignored. The lies they tell about new state law can be easily proven by reading the law for yourself or going to a competent facility. Do yourself a favor, seek help elsewhere.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. they also talked down to me, questioned why i was on a certain insurance and would not fill all my medicines that her previous collegue had put me on. i was very upset and i paid cash for this visit. i will not be returning to this office that little girl who pretends to be some kind of clinician is an unprofessional person
